The Long Beach QFilms Festival kicks off today with independent films showcasing LGBTQ stories and filmmakers. It runs through October 3, 2021.

Tonight’s events include CORTOS: Latinx Queer Shorts - Under the Stars, an outdoor screening at Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA) from 7 PM - 9 PM.

In addition to two feature length films, there is also an opening party at The Center Long Beach, free to people with event tickets. Pizza is provided by Buono Pizzeria. (8 PM - 11 PM)
