This workout overlooks the beach and combines cario and strength training while using high and low intensity bursts and rest breaks.
You’ll start out with 30 minutes of fun cardio dancing, followed by strength training with resistance bands for 30 minutes. You’ll workout your calves, abs, hamstrings, glutes, and quads.
