Have a blast with cardio and strength training overlooking the beach. This class begins with cardio dancing for 30 minutes, and ends with 30 minutes of strength training with resistance bands. The strength training session works out your hamstrings, glutes, calves, abs, and quads.
Workouts are structured around high and low intensity bursts, and rest breaks.
