This group gathers on Saturdays through November 2021.

Join this beachfront cardio and strength session with a friendly group of people every Saturday morning. The class starts out with 30 minutes of cardio dancing, followed by 30 minutes strength training with resistance bands. Strength training targets your glutes, calves, quads, abs, and hamstrings.

These workouts feature high and low intensity bursts, and rest breaks.
