Cutting her teeth in the industry for 20 years, Ashley Erwin has worked in every sort of bar/restaurant environment possible.

From high volume beer popping in Atlanta, to fine dining to “give me a mood and I’ll put it in a glass in front of ya” in Los Angeles. And somehow or another, she’s landed a gig with the greatest whiskey family in the world at Angel’s Envy as the Lead West Coast Guardian. She’s got the tales, she knows all the whiskey spells, and hopefully she’s carving out laughs and kindness to those in need.
